My race

Im doing my first 5km race this weekend. Im excited to wear the little bib with a number on it.
Ill for sure get a picture of myself and post it for you.
My class has been working really hard trainning for it too.
It's going to be heaps of fun!

Interview

I have an interview tomorrow. It's for a grade 2/3 split. Wish me luck, I want it and need it!!

Colleen and Ed

Well they got engagged! Ed did an amazing job picking out the ring. And I actually LOVE it. Im not usually one to like the traditional rings, but this one is really nice and normal and sparkley!!
So far they are just enjoying the moment. Grandma is over the moon as you can guess.
Lots of fun to plan and dream right now.

Dog sitter expert

My week with my sister's dog Mercy has been a good one. She and I have been in training for my race coming up in June. I'm doing a 5km run and today I did 3km with Mercy in tow. She's getting really good on the leash with me, it takes a lot to keep her focused on running a straight line without her jumping every 2 feet or stopping dead right in front me. Colleen and Ed come home tomorrow and I know they are going to have great tans and not only that they are coming home with news....yep the beach, sun and vacation has managed to put a ring into the mix...a wedding will soon be in our futures.
I can't wait to see the ring.
